Cash Gifting – How Hard Is It?

I get this question a lot! Believe me I do understand your hesitation at trying anything new, especially cash gifting. First of all yes it is completely legal. Please look under irs.gov, IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511. Now in that section it clearly states that you are allowed to gift, or give somebody a sum of money up to around $12,000. This is non taxable and completely untouchable. So when you join a cash gifting club all of the money you receive from people joining up under you is non taxable. I repeat non taxable. You do not report it on your tax forms. For further clarification please contact a tax expert, and or an attorney. They will confirm everything I have just said. Now as to how hard it is, frankly its not very hard at all.
